Brew’s is a little café in Rockville’s Twinbrook, run by a Filipino owner and a Peruvian chef who trained in fine-dining kitchens. It started as a coffee bar with a few sandwiches and a couple of taps. Today it’s a global café: Latin American at heart, with Filipino-inspired specials, from ceviche and causas to adobo sliders.
It’s a small room (about 20 seats), so we keep it quick: order at the counter and your espresso, panini or ceviche is ready fast. Nothing fussy, just good coffee, honest food, wine by the glass and craft beer, from the first cup to last call.
